I help leaders clarify and integrate the direction/purpose of their lives and their businesses and to create an organization that is more engaged and effective in bringing about the chosen purpose. What I do leads to tangible benefits in both human and financial terms.
Since 2006 I have a taught the most popular winter term course at DePauw University: The Science and Skill of Happiness. During the month of January, students concentrate on only one subject for three weeks. The class meets 4 hours a day, 4 days a week for 4 weeks.
Leadership and management are both important to the success of an organization and each serves a unique purpose. Management is about the present, it is about making what exist more efficient. It is about getting more out of people. Leadership is about the future, it is about creating what doesn’t exist. Leadership is about investing in people and engaging people in creating a better future.
