A key to flourishing and leading is perspective — being able to step back and see things in their fuller and more enlightened context. The way to simplicity is often through complexity and I often find the pathway through complexity while sitting on a mountain (White Pine Mountain) that stands behind our family home at the north end of Lake George in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. I often form new and (hopefully) more insightful perspectives about happiness, about leadership and about life from this mountain. It is therefore the name I have chosen as my website.
